Aquariums
It all started in early 2014 with the idea of Rolland Olajos to “put a LEGO” into a glass aquarium that was built for a totally different purpose for Cucubau store. Fortunately, unintentionally, the aquarium had the exact dimensions (margin of 1mm) to 3 X 1 LEGO baseplates 32 X 32 studs. Another luck was that the aquarium room with a margin of 2mm in the best corner of the shop window, a corner which was not used for other purposes because of the shape of the walls.
Afterwards I created another work in an aquarium, and I do not plan to stop here.
The aquariums have a capacity of approximately 90 l.
"Castle Ruins" Aquarium
It represents the ruins of a castle located on the bottom of the water, on which some research is made by a boat with diver-archeologists who recovered artifacts.
The "Deep Sea" Aquarium
It was designed from the beginning as an aquarium to inspire the viewers to create their own aquariums, not wanting to introduce live fish because of the great effort due to the its cleaning.
